So I was in last night and around 2am got to watching some of the shows I had saved on my DVR. After flipping through a couple of options I came across HBO’s critically acclaimed show ‘Inside The NFL’. Within the first 2 minutes host Bob Costas announces this is the last show, not of the season, but of the series. I kind of grew up on this show and it was undoubtedly THE BEST when it came to the extensive football coverage and more importantly the way it was presented. Simply unparalleled in its brilliance. It’s only fitting that the show went out on what is the greatest football game I or many others will ever see, SuperBowl XLII . [...] […] After 31 years… it’s a wrap.
